no it's not, the background is white

But not the sig part im telling yah, the sig dosnt have the little stamp pic i use to insert the url of my pic into. it just has the paper clip and world thing.

looks just like ffs on my end , with stangs at the top instead of trucks

paste the link from photobucket in the sig box and save changes

For sigs, you need [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] in the window then choose a pic from your computer.
